About this development
Construction of the 27 000m² Dihlabeng Regional Shopping Centre, that will be situated on the corners of Preekstoel-Buite and Baartman Roads in Bethlehem in the Free State. The shopping centre will have parking space for 1 700 cars, state-of-the-art security and a contemporary and environmentally friendly design. A second phase which will add a further 10 000m² of retail space to the development is being considered.
