Construction of the infrastructure and services for a new mixed-use development in Senegal, West Africa. The development known as the Diamniadio new city project is a large-scale, mixed-use development consisting of industrial, commercial, and residential components. This development is located about 30 kilometers from Dakar and 10 kilometers from the new airport in Diass, outside the capital city, Dakar in Senegal. The development will consist of: Residences, shopping mall, international conference center, schools, public and cultural facilities, hotels, spaces for sport and recreation, green spaces, City of Knowledge, university complex and a hospital. Estimated project value : US$120 million.
