Construction of bulk earthworks, services and infrastructure for the development of 127 & 131 of the farm De Rust 12 JU, Hazyview. The proposed development will include the following land uses: Residential complex (500m² stands) and residential flats, mixed business, hospital, internal roads and an open space. The existing access road will be used but will have to be upgraded. The proposed De Rust township establishment is approximately 1.2km south of Hazyview CBD on the R40 to Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
