Construction of the civils and associated services for the De La Vie Guesthouse, on the Remainder of Portion 78 of the farm Cragga Kamma No. 23, situated west of Lakeside Road and south of Kragga Kamma Road, Theescombe, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The proposed overnight guest accommodation will consist of 24 rooms along with associated parking. Included in the scope of works is the widening of the existing 3.5m wide tarred road to create two bypass areas and associated service infrastructure, the total development footprint will be approximately 1 900m² (0.19 ha).
