About this development
Upgrading of D506, Z559 and D332 from Dwarsberg to intersection of Road D1339 for 75.7km from Mankaipaya to Ramotlhajwe for 16.5km including bridge construction which will run through the villages of Mankaipaya, Pitsedisulejang, Sesobe, Ramokgolea, Ramotlhajwe and Pachsdraai, North West. Value of the project is R600 million. Scope of works could include upgrading of D50 and D332, existing bridges at Pitsedisulejang and Mankaipaya will be upgraded to increase their hydraulic capacities, improvements to existing surface drainage and cross drainage, upgrading and rehabilitating existing culverts and v-drains, Construction of road layer works, road signs and road markings, traffic accommodation, construction of 3No. insitu cast concrete bridge on Roads Z539 and D506. The GPS marker has been placed along the route of construction 24°57'03.3"S 26°39'49.5"E
