Renovations and additions to Thutong Primary School located in Setlopo, North West. CIDB 8GB. Scope of works could include but not be limited to: construction of the following: block A: admin block, block B: grade R, MPC and computer lab and ablutions, media centre and ablutions, tuckshop and sports facility, block J: guard house, block M: nutrition, block L: hall, block K: refuse area, block N: pump room and block G: science laboratory and ablutions, renovations and alterations of classroom block A - D and add 4 classrooms, external works will compromise of the following: demolitions of existing structures, soil drainage and stormwater management, new pavings to parking and assembly areas, new covered walkways, security fencing (ClearVu), soccer field and combined courts as well as electrical and mechanical installations.
