About this development
Construction works for the completion of the Mathibestad Community Health Centre in Bojanala District, North West. CIDB 8GB. Scope of works could include but not be limited to: The scope of works comprises of the construction of three new buildings which will be the generator building, staff residence block b and an Invertor station. Alterations, renovations, and completion of twenty-one existing buildings which will include the following: crisis control, CTOP, dental, emergency, main reception &admin, maternity ward, medical ward, theatre, out patients, pharmacy, service building, staff residence block a, guard house, radiology, MMC, garden store & cylinder, medical waste & refuse, water reticulation pump room, fire reticulation pump room, kitchen and gas cylinder storage. The works will also comprise of the following external works: demolition of temporary water supply and soil drainage, upgrade and new water supply, soil drainage and stormwater management, reinstatement and rectification of existing paving to roads and parking areas, alterations and additions to internal link passages, alterations and additions of security boundary walls, alterations and additions to covered carports, new photovoltaic structure, new telecommunication mast base & enclosure and landscaping. The scope of work also comprises of electrical, electronic, photovoltaic and mechanical installations.The GPS co-ordinates are 25°16'13.2"S 28°10'33.8"E
