About this development
Construction of a 15ML return effluent reinforced concrete reservoir at Coegakop in Zone 5, Coega SEZ, Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. Estimated value: R118 084 054,95 Scope of works: Site preparation and earthworks, inlet pipework from future RE pumping mains; air valve chamber; meter chamber; bifurcation and inlet control valves; pipework and fittings; 15 ML reinforced concrete return effluent reservoir adjacent to the existing reservoir on Coegakop; outlet pipework to tie-in with existing outlet chamber; scour and overflow pipework including chamber; under-drainage system beneath the new reservoir; top soiling and grassing; lightning & earthing protection to the new reservoir. Decommissioning and removal of existing valves, fittings, and pipes relocating to the designated CDC storage facility. The GPS co-ordinates are 33°46'14.48"S 25°37'1.45"E
