Construction of bulk sewer services east of the Coega River in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. R 84,655,925.14. The scope of work entails completing the construction of the Sonop sewage pump station and the dual 500 mm diameter rising main discharging at the existing Zone 5 sewage pump station. The contract also includes the refurbishment of the building and the installation of the mechanical and electrical equipment. Further works include connections of existing tenants to the bulk sewer network and construction of a bypass pipeline inclusive of a micro-tunnel beneath Neptune interchange for the Zone 5 sewage pump station rising main.
