This Estate will become a self-contained suburb complete with educational, community, recreation and retail facilities, within a secure environment. This development will be built on one of the last remaining undeveloped areas on the urban edges of the Tygerberg and Durbanville areas — the North Eastern part of the historic De Grendel wine farm.
