Bloemfontein Convention Centre

Construction of a R93 million convention centre in Bloemfontein, on the vacant part of the campus of the Free State University, off Nelson Mandela Drive. The centre will comprise 6500m² of facilities consisting inter alia of a conference room, an auditorium, an exhibition hall, a ballroom, 12 break-away area's, two restaurants and a coffee and cigar bar. The interior of the BCC will be made up using sandstone, steel, metal, glass, wood and water. Around the centre provision is to be made for 4 500 parking spaces.
