The five Batie West tenements cover an area of 811 square kilometres and occupy a 110 kilometre long gold-bearing shear zone that occurs along the southwest margin of the Boromo Greenstone Belt in southern Burkina Faso, adjacent to the country boundaries of Cote d’Ivoire and Ghana in West Africa. The region is accessed from the capital Ouagadougou by sealed highway to Gaoua, a total distance of 290 kilometres in a straight line. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: 11.7459813; long: -2.930081.
