About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the proposed Bateleur Estate, a 200 ha development. There will be six to seven phases, depending on the demand, during which more than 1000 stands will be developed. The development includes 4 dams, 60 ha of land will be left unspoilt. A temporary electric fence, with a controlled entrance, will be erected around each completed phase until completion of the project. A comprehensive frail care centre, with 3 extensions, each consisting of 18-beds, will be constructed as the demand increases. Various recreational facilities are envisaged for the future. Located on The Rest road, 7km from Absa Square in Nelspruit city centre, Mpumalanga.
