About this development
Construction of the services and infrastructure for a sectional title hotel and units at the new Bains Game Lodge, a 35ha security village outside Langenhovenpark just West of Bloemfontein, Free State. The development will consist of up to 324 hotel rooms and 297 sectional title units that can be used as apartments. The village will include conference facilities, small retail shops and entertainment facilities such as a Firkin fun pub/restaurant and a gymnasium as well as an on-site medical practitioner and a beauty salon. There will also be a retirement village built during a later phase.
