About this development
Construction of the services, infrastructure and roads for the establishment of a township development comprising of a Shopping Centre; 5465 Residential stands/erven; Schools (5 primary and 2 secondary) and a Local retail trade sector. The proposed development is to be established on Portions 2, 8, 9 and 89 of the Farm Zwartkoppies 364-JR, situated to the east of Pretoria, in the area of the jurisdiction of the Kingwini Local Municipality, approximately 1,7km north east of the intersection between the N4 highway and the extension of Hans Strydom Drive, Gauteng. Both the N4 highway and Old Bronkhorstspruit Road (Route 104) pass through the site. Existing access to the site is from the Old Bronkhorstspruit Road. The Pienaars River forms the southern boundary of the site, and the northern boundary is along the edge of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality. The total development will be approximately 700 hectares.
