About this development
Construction of new specialised laboratories at Zamukulungisa Campus, Water Sisulu University, Mpangelo Avenue, Mthata, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB. The scope of work entails new double storey reinforced concrete framed structure with sheet metal roof covering. The building to comprise of the ground floor inclusive of offices, post graduate lab and discussion room, ablutions, moot court and gallery. The first floor will have offices, psychology lab, geography lab. Included in scope is the external facade comprising of the balcony, facebrick façade and shopfronts. The external works will cover water reticulation, sewer reticulation, walkways, grassing and landscaping. The GPS coordinates are 31°37'12.1"S 28°44'30.6"E.
