Includes residential development with a retirement village. A range of resorts, including hotels, lodges, villas and apartments are also being considered, as well as a championship 18-hole Golf Course to be designed by Gary Player. To form part of the Zimbali Lakes Development with an estimated entire project value of R7 billion. The proposed Zimbali Lakes Resort forms part of the 700 ha Zimbali Coastal Estate.
