Zimbali Lakes Expansion - Shops, Restaurants and Tourist Facilities - Infrastructure and Civil Works

Construction of shops, restaurants and tourist facilities as the waterfront recreational node which is to be built along one section of the extensive 30ha inland lake, by Joint venture Moreland-IFA Developments at Zimbali on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. To form part of the Zimbali Lakes Development with an estimated entire project value of R7 billion. The proposed Zimbali Lakes Resort forms part of the 700 ha Zimbali Coastal Estate.
