Construction of a state of art diamond value management centre which will host ZCDC's downstream qualify management processes such a cleaning, sorting and valuation as well as other administration support services in Zimbabwe. The centre will provide support services to all diamond mining operations in the country and also accommodate the diamond company's head office.
