Construction of an industrial park consisting of a hotel (including restaurant), offices (including medical consulting rooms), place of instruction (art gallery/gymnasium), shops and tea garden. The shops and restaurants not to exceed 5 500m² and the business buildings, hotel, offices, place of instruction will not exceed 4 500m². The extent of the total development will not exceed 10 000m². The site located just north of the Magaliesberg at the intersection of Zambezi Avenue and the N1 Freeway, in Gauteng. The total development area will comprise approximately 18,93 ha. It is proposed to subdivide the development area into approximately 69 individual erven ranging in Erf sizes between 1 343m² to approximately 5 323m².
