Construction of the Technology and Mathematics Education Building at the Mthatha Campus of the Walter Sisulu University, Nelson Mandela Drive, Mthatha, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB. The scope of works includes the construction of a new Technology and Mathematics Educational workshop comprising of reinforced concrete bases, sub-columns, structural steel work, roof sheeting, side cladding, rainwater disposal, fibre reinforced concrete surface beds, plaster, paint and tiling to walls, epoxy and tiles to floors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical installation etc. External works comprises of earthworks, paving, fencing, storm water drainage, soil drainage and water supply in ground. The exact GPS co-ordinates are 31°36'00.2"S 28°44'56.9"E.
