Construction and renovations of KGB & KTC Student Life at the Nelson Mandela Drive delivery site, Mthatha Campus, Walter Sisulu University, Mthatha, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB. The scope of works: Part renovation of the existing two storey building, to accommodate a new tuckshop, kitchen, dinning hall, games room, gymnasium, offices, ablutions and storage. Remedial works and cleaning required to the existing concrete structure (spalling) and brickwork. Repair/replacing paving and external tiles. Refurbishment of the existing skylights.
