Refurbishment and re-purposing of teaching spaces at Christlehurst Campus of the Walter Sisulu University, East London, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB. Scope of works: The work shall comprise of refurbishment and repurposing of existing spaces in the basement, ground, first, second, third and fourth floors as well as the Food Production Labs at the existing Robotics Lab and Thermo Dynamics Lab. The refurbishments to include floor finishes, minor alterations, ceilings, painting, furniture and fittings, electrical and mechanical works. The GPS location Marker has been placed at WSU Chiselhurst: 32°59'16.1"S 27°53'17.2"E
