About this development
Construction of the civils, services and infrastructure for the development / extension of Wrenchville Township, Phase 1, located on erf 5355, Wrenchville, in Kuruman in the Northern Cape. The location is about 3km north of the central business district and is accessible by a tarmac road along the N14. It is proposed that approximately 250 residential erven will be provided and will cater for various income groups, with a total of 50 erven for future low-cost housing development.
