About this development
Construction of Services and Infrastructure for the Woodacres Country and Equestrian Estate which is located further to the east of the Walkerville Agricultural Holdings, situated on both the north and south sides of Perdekop Road, and north of the R557 Midvaal, 196ha, which forms part of the new Gauteng Highlands Development, near Johannesburg, in Gauteng. It is the intention to establish a residential township which will consist of approx 537 “Residential 1” stands varying in area between 900m² and 1 500m². It is also intended to provide “group housing” in the form of a “Residential 3” zoning for approx 16 erven covering an area of about 52ha, at a density of ±35 units per ha, resulting in ±936 residential dwelling units. The development will have two access control sites and land will be provided for a ±7ha site for a primary and secondary school, parks and open spaces and a small community facility (gym, restaurant, crèche, community hall, etc).
