About this development
Construction of Woodacres Country and Equestrian Estate which is located further to the east of the Walkerville Agricultural Holdings, situated on both the north and south sides of Perdekop Road, and north of the R557 Midvaal, 196ha, which forms part of the new Gauteng Highlands Development, near Johannesburg, in Gauteng. It is the intention to establish a residential township which will consist of approx 912 “Residential 1” stands The development will have an access control site and land will be provided for a primary and secondary school, parks and open spaces and a small community facility . A site will be provided for an electrical substation.
