About this development
Construction of the Wits Health Consortium Laboratories located at Isle of Houghton Office Park, Boundary Road, Houghton Estate, Johannesburg, Gauteng. CIDB 8GB. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete fit-out of the existing building, Old Trafford 3, which covers the installation of high-quality finishes, furniture, and equipment, as well as the integration of all necessary services to align with the existing infrastructure. This includes electrical and mechanical engineering services, wet works engineering, fire protection systems, and other related systems, with minimal external construction required. Additionally, the project encompasses upgrades to ancillary areas such as toilets, storage rooms, and plant rooms.
