About this development
Construction works on Site B for the new Winelands Square located on Erf 39834 and Erf 40932, off R101, Paarl, Western Cape. The main building works for the new shopping centre, comprising of the construction of retail shops, ablutions, common areas, parking deck, on grade parking, delivery yards, external works and selected tenant installation fitouts to Site B including the maintaining of the temporary fencing/hoarding (as received from the Bulk Earthworks Contractor) and removal upon completion, necessary access control/ traffic management at the entrance gates of the site.
