Construction of a 2.5km vegetable oil pipeline in the Richards Bay Port, the pipeline will transport palm oils, soybean and sunflower oils destined for human consumption as cooking oil and processing into margarine/fats. within Phase 1A of the Richards Bay Industrial Development Zone (RBIDZ) in KwaZulu-Natal. The site is situated on the following properties: Remainder of the Farm Lot 233 Umhlatuzi No. 16230, Remainder of Portion 21 of Erf 5333, Portion 153 of Erf 5333, Erf 16856, Erf 16182, Erf 17424 and Erf 17422. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: -28.7811331; long: 32.0153165.
