About this development
Construction of William Tell Particle Board Manufacturing Plant. The project site is located at 31 Van Eck street (Erf 85) within the industrial area of Chamdor in the Mogale City Local Municipality, in Gauteng. The plant is designed to produce high quality particleboard with a daily capacity of 300m³. The proposed development will include the following components: A new chipboard factory building of 3 888m², a new facilities building of 204m² adjacent to the chipboard factory which will include ablution facilities, change rooms and a dining room for employees, offices and a first aid room, as well as new sprinkler tanks of 18m². The buildings and facilities described above will be located to the north of the existing buildings and carports on the stand.
