Construction of the infrastructure and services for Phase 1 of the Wild Coast Special Economic Zone in the vicinity of the existing Mthatha Airport which is located 15km west of the city, some 200m off the R61 on the outskirts of Mthatha in the Eastern Cape. R40 million. Scope of works could include: Phase 1 of the project is proposed to be an industrial cluster, potable water, sewer and stormwater pipelines, access roads and electrical supply. The approximates GPS co-ordinates are 31°33'18.5"S 28°40'12.9"E.
