Widening of five bridges between Kenhardt and Keimoes & six small bridges between Keimoes and Upington

Widening of five bridges along the R27 route between Kenhardt and Keimoes in the Northern Cape. The location of the improvements is along section 10 and 11 of the R27 route. The five bridges that are proposed for widening are situated in the Oranje River valley at the following locations: Bridge B2460, over the Salt River, north of Neilersdrift; Bridge B2461, over the Oranje River, south of Skanskop Island; Bridge B2562, over the Oranje River, between Skanskop and Rooikop Islands; Bridge B2463, over Oranje River, north of Rooikop Island and Bridge B2464, over Friersdalespruit, south of Keimoes. Added to scope of works is the proposed widening of six smaller bridges along the N14 between Keimoes and Upington - Bridge NB1031, NB1032, C1050, NB1033, NB1035 and NC009, these are all bridges over rivers, streams or Orange River tributaries.
