Construction of civils, services, infrastructure and bulk earthworks for Whale Bay Cascades - Ocean Villas - Phase 1C, which will consist of 8 (470m²) double storey homes overlooking the ocean, on Church Street, Hermanus, in the Western Cape. Each double-storey villa will feature on the ground floor an open-plan lounge/dining area with own kitchenette and covered patio with built-in-braai (barbeque), main bedroom with full en-suite, and second bedroom with adjacent bathroom. It will have an internal courtyard, staircase with skylight directly above, vacuum elevator, a double garage, two further covered parking bays and landscaped gardens. The first floor will have open patios with a braai; there is a spacious open-plan gourmet kitchen and large dining area. A lounge with indoor fireplace or the partly under-cover balcony.
