West End Office Park (A - E)

Construction of a 27 000 m² A Grade Office Park of six buildings, located on the banks of the Hennops River, in Centurion, Gauteng. Access to the park will be from Hall Street. To be known as West End Office Park. The buildings will be 3 levels of offices with 1 level of basement parking. The proposed names of the six buildings are: Acacia, Marula, Ouhout, Paperbark, Tamboti and Sagewood. Each building is known as Building A, B, C, D and E and also as Building 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Building C has received a 4-Star Green Rating (GBCSA)
