The development area is approximately 50 hectares and each stand will be bigger than 1 hectare. The proposed development is situated south west of Centurion and will be called Weavers Nest and is secured by 1.8 kms of riverfront along the banks of the Jukskei River in close proximity to the Lanseria airport and falls within the Municipal boundaries of the Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality within the new metropolis of Cradle City. Water for this development will be supplied by Johannesburg Municipality, while sanitation will be provided by the developer. Eskom will supply electricity directly to the development.
