Construction of Waterstone, a new residential development consisting of 178 apartments, townhouses and villas, at Century City, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. Waterstone will include 112 low-rise, walk-up apartments, 13 townhouses and 53 waterfront exclusive villas. The latter will be situated on a private island, named Waterstone Isles. Waterstone will consist of three precincts, Waterstone East, Waterstone Isles and Waterstone West opening off Waterstone Square. Estimated project value: R200 million.
