Construction of civils, services and infrastructure for Waters Edge, a high-rise residential development of 144 apartments at Century City, Cape Town in the Western Cape. Waters Edge is to be built on the banks of a canal at a cost of R350million, Waters Edge will comprise 41 one bedroom apartments, 71 two bedroom apartments and 32 three bedroom apartments including two penthouses.
