Construction of the biggest property development in South African history on the northern fringes of Johannesburg, in Gauteng to be called Waterfall City. Pocket 10, close to the N1, has been earmarked for the Mall of Africa, a 131 000m² shopping centre. The Mall will consist of two floors, and another two basement levels for parking, the basement includes a large Taxi Rank as well. Latitude : -26.0171, Longitude: 28.0226. Value : R4.1-billion.
