About this development
Construction of the infrastructure and services for a mixed use master plan development that will be a model for new East African cities anchored by light and medium industrial projects, known as Vipingo City in Kenya. Vipingo is located on the Kenyan coast, a region with a long history of connecting Africa to the rest of the world. Vipingo is connected to Mombasa and Malindi through the busy Mombasa-Malindi Highway. Vipingo City will be Kenya's first completely walkable city, with 12 distinctive neighbourhoods.The project is spread across 10,254 acres supported by latest tech infrastructure, amenities, services, urban environment. The development will integrate the following; Industrial, commercial, social infrastructure (health care, education, wide range of sports), residential (low, middle and high density), hospitality, health care facility, schools, recreational and civic amenities.
