About this development
Construction of the civils and associated infrastructure for a shopping centre and tourist village, Views Village Market, along the beachfront in Wilderness on the Garden Route, in the Western Cape. The centre would be built on 7 000m² of land behind the beachfront hotel and will be planned around a central piazza with its own band stand. There will be a supermarket anchor tenant and the centre will also include other smaller stores and incorporate an area where local crafters will be able to display their handcrafted items. There are also plans for a 160-seat conference facility for day conferences and weddings.
