Victoria Bus Terminal Redevelopment, Mauritius - Infrastructure

Construction of civil and infrastructure works for the redevelopment of Victoria bus station into a sophisticated modern urban bus terminal with 2 000m² dedicated to office space, 7 000m² of commercial space, 1 200 stands allocated to hawkers, 1 000 parking slots and 800m² of greenery in Port Louis, Mauritius. The project is expected to cost Rs 1.2 billion. The Project will be a Public Private Partnership initiative with Government leasing the land and exercising a droit de regard over the implementation of the project by private promoters.
