Construction of a proposed modern shopping mall on Property No. 2111 junction of Mutende and Chindo Roads (within St. Mary’s Secondary School) in Woodlands area of Lusaka in Zambia. The project will involve the construction of a one storey shopping mall through foundation, erection of structures, paving, drainage construction and techno-hydrological works. The shopping mall will have an estimated floor size of 10 000m² with 40 commercial outlet shops. All retail outlets will have floor sizes ranging between 70m² and 850m². Further, it will have Shoprite as an anchor shop with a floor size of 3 200m². The major outlets will include food court, entertainment zone, fashion shops, banking service and an extensive car parking area served from two directional entrances. The parking space is expected to have around 400 parking bays.
