About this development
Construction of 190 apartments in a new R200million residential security village, Vermont at Burgundy Estate, in the Durbanville Hills, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. Vermont will consist of one and two bedroom apartments and a number of double storey three-bedroom duplexes in 21 blocks. The blocks will vary in size from five to 12 apartments and will be set in landscaped gardens with a swimming pool and a clubhouse with braai and change room facilities. A number of other open green spaces including children’s play parks will be provided. Apartments, excluding balconies or terraces, will vary in size from around 51m² to just over 100m².
