Verlorenvlei Game and Nature Reserve - Node 2(a) - Civils

Construction of the civils, services and associated infrastructure including the parking area and swimming pool, for Node 2(a), of the Verlorenvlei Game and Nature Reserve, Piketberg, in the Western Cape. The proposed establishment of a Game and Nature Reserve on Portion 6 of Farm Wittedrift No. 4 (Skuinskraal) and a Portion 12 of the Farm Groote Drift No. 5 (Sandhoogte), which will entail the establishment of two resort nodes. :- Node 1 will comprise a guest lodge with 6 accommodation units (approximately 522sqm) to accommodate 24 people.; a restaurant will be established in the existing old farmhouse and a Conference Centre and reception area will be established in an existing farm shed; and the associated infrastructure. :- Node 2(a) will comprise a quest lodge (approximately 200sqm) with 6 separate chalets (approximately 60sqm); and a swimming pool (approximately 72sqm); and the associated infrastructure. :- Node 2(b) will comprise of 12 short-term accommodation holiday chalets (maximum footprint of 120sqm) and associated infrastructure. :- Two sewerage treatment plants (approximately 100sqm) and a parking area will be established in each node. Node 1 will be approximately 400sqm in extent and Node 2 will be approximately 150sqm.
