Construction of a small retail node as a component for the development of a medium to high income residential security estate, Vergenoegd (approximately 855 units) situated within the City of Cape Town Eastern District adjacent to the N2 and Kramat Road intersection, approximately 12 km north east of Somerset West, in the Western Cape. The subject property is directly west of existing residential estate, Croydon. The proposed development will consist of a combination of terrace housing, cluster housing, apartments, single plots, clubhouse, admin building and open green spaces.
