Van Oudshoornstroom Filling Station

Construction of a filling station, convienient shopping facilities and associated facilities situated on portion 41 of the farm Van Oudshoornstroom 261IT in Ermelo, Mpumalanga. The scope of works could include clear and grub of site, excavate and compact where necessary, back fill to be procured and filled where needed, extension to the existing building to be erected, parking and dispensing areas will be prepared and constructed (brick paving for parking and concrete slabs for dispensing area), landscaping, all necessary excavation and compaction of new entrances and exits to the retail site. The GPS marker has been placed at the proposed area of construction 26°32'15.5"S 30°00'33.8"E
