About this development
Extension of the Vaal Mall to create additional retail space. The centre will incorporate 6 cinemas together with 15 000m² of additional gross lettable area. A second value centre of 10 000m² will be constructed adjacent to the centre attracting "big box" value type tenants. The centre is located at the intersection of the Golden Highway, Barrage Road and Rossini Boulevard, Vanderbijlpark, in Gauteng.
