About this development
Construction of infrastructure and bulk services for the Vaal River City Metro development, anchored on the Vaal River, on a 250ha piece of land, which has 6km of river frontage, which flows through different areas in the Vaal Triangle, Gauteng. The mixed-use development is one of five new corridors identified by the Gauteng Provincial Government, which is set to create new economic nodes, cities and industries. The scope of works includes: Construction of government offices; 60 000m² of retail and lifestyle space; 40 000m² of office space; 5 000 mixed housing units and a waterfront development.
