Construction of the upper Mhlahlane water supply project. This will comprise of the following: Construction of a 1Ml reservoir and 52 km of water reticulation with pipes ranging from 160 - 50mm diameter at Magotshini, Qolweni, KwaBonga, Baziya and KwaMakawula villages, in the Eastern Cape Province.
