Construction of a new 250 bed Referral Hospital, including related mechanical/electrical and civil works, in Upington, Northern Cape. The hospital will be both a level two rendering level 2 service and a comprehensive primary care service up to general practitioners level and first line specialist service for patients, out-patient and emergency departments. The building is on a sloped property and some sections will be a basement, ground floor and first floor while some sections will be one floor only. Project value: R350 million.
